The essential function of the MA/NH Plumber or Plumber Apprentice is to receive direction from our foreman and install plumbing systems for new construction projects with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. A candidate for this position must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment physical.

Job Duties:

  • Able to listen carefully and implement directions given.
  • Willing to ask questions and be open minded to different ideas.

HVAC Service Technician

Full-time: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

The essential function of the Service Technician is to serve the customers of the company with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and total customer satisfaction. A candidate for this position must be willing to participate in continuing education and pass a pre-employment physical.

Job Duties:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or scheduled service on air conditioning, heating, control systems, plumbing, along with humidity and temperature control systems for commercial customers.
  • Provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
  • Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client.
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and plumbing equipment.
  • Take after hours on call duty as a part of a company rotation.

Qualifications:

  • HVAC Service Tech Gas License
  • Plumbing license preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong steady work history with a minimum 5 years of experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient and organized.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

The daily/ weekly function of a sheet metal installer is to aid the foreman and crew in the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems in newly built and renovated projects. Employee should have an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and productivity. A candidate for this position should be willing to work a full-time position and pass a pre-employment physical.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Installation of HVAC Systems and duct work in residential and commercial applications.
  • Aid in the installation of refrigeration systems
  • Installation of various metal products related to the industry
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must have an availability M-F 7am-3pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid NH driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • OSHA 10-hour certification
  • Must have set of basic hand tools

Welcomed Qualifications:

  • NH gas fitter’s license
