Joel Pickering

Joel is responsible for assessing projects in pre-construction and ensuring their successful completion in production. Joel earned his A.A.S. in HVAC systems from Manchester Community College, and both his B.S. and M.B.A. from Southern N.H. university. Joel has taught as an adjunct instructor at MCC, and currently serves on the advisory board to the HVAC dept.

Michelle Delois

Michelle brings 30 years of accounting experience with her, acquiring her experience through both the public and private accounting areas. Her and her staff are responsible for management of cash flow, financial planning, budgeting, as well as, analyzing the Company’s financial internal controls and proposing corrective actions. She is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Steve Bienvenue
Vice President - Project Management

Steve has been with Denron for more than 37years, beginning as a high school intern and working his way up the ranks. As a Project Manager, Steve’s job entails overseeing multiple projects, negotiating contracts, handling pricing and processing of change orders and processing invoices/ submittals with both the General Contractor and Sub-Contractors. Steve holds a Gas Fitters license in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, a Journeyman License in Massachusetts and a Master Plumbing License in New Hampshire and Maine.

Joseph Nash
Executive Vice president - Cost Control / Administration

Joe has been with Denron for over 12 years, beginning his career as an apprentice plumber working in the field for many years. As product supervisor, Joe oversees construction projects by directing his foreman with scheduling and coordination, labor, and materials. Throughout his career, Joe has obtained plumbing licenses in NH, MA and Gas license in MA.

Christopher Mitchell
Vice President - Project Supervision

Chris has been with Denron for over 18 years, beginning his career as an apprentice plumber. Chris manages multiple small projects, coordinating man power, subcontracts, and materials. Throughout his career Chris has obtained Plumbing and Gas licenses in NH.

Jarrett Pimenta
Service Manager

Greg Ross
Sales Manager

Greg brings with him 33 years of industry experience in both estimating and project management. As sales manager Greg is responsible for prospecting new clients, budgeting, estimating, sales follow-up and closing. Greg is a USAF Veteran. He holds a Master Sheet Metal License in MA.

James Clogston
Service Sales

James brings over 22 years of construction experience to team Denron. He estimates plumbing and HVAC projects for our Service and Small Contracts divisions. His duties also include project management, site visits and sales. James holds a New Hampshire Master Electrician’s license, adding to Denron’s well-rounded construction atmosphere.  He also holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and is an Air Force veteran.

Greg Webster

Greg has been with the Denron team for 19 years. As Controller, Greg is responsible for preparing financial statements, budget and analysis, managing all lines of commercial insurance and overseeing payroll. Greg graduated from St. Anslem College.

Troy Edmunds
Production Superintendent

Troy has been a member of the Denron team for 25 years, beginning his career as an Apprentice Plumber. Troy’s title entails managing multiple projects, coordinating manpower, sub-contractors, and materials. Throughout his career, Troy has obtained both Plumbing and Gas Fitting licenses in the states of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
